Website Development — Syvantech
Built Syvantech.com from scratch in WordPress, designed and developed entirely by me. The goal was not just a visually appealing website but a strategically built digital platform focused on lead generation, talent acquisition and future-proof search visibility. Every section was planned with conversion and user engagement in mind.
Tech stack & build
The entire site was built using WordPress with the Gutenberg editor and Essential Blocks plugin. Custom HTML and CSS were written directly into specific sections to achieve a higher level of visual refinement beyond what plugins allow. AI tools were used during the planning phase to model the UI, optimise UX flows and calibrate text content.
Interactive strategy
The most critical strategic decision was turning the website into an interactive conversion tool rather than a passive brochure. Two interactive quizzes were built and embedded across the site, each with a lead capture form triggered before results are revealed.
Careers — Match your tech profile
Placed at the top of the careers page, above the job listings, to engage candidates before they browse openings. Users answer questions about their tech profile and discover their match. Before seeing results, they fill in a contact form — capturing qualified leads automatically.
Business — Find your collaboration model
Embedded across service pages to help companies discover which collaboration model fits their needs. Same lead capture logic applied before results are shown, turning service browsing into qualified business opportunities.
SEO & GEO
Beyond traditional SEO, the site was architected for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — a forward-looking approach that prepares content to be correctly understood and cited by AI-powered search engines and conversational assistants. According to Gartner (2024), traditional search engine volume is expected to drop 25% by 2026 due to migration to AI assistants. The content, headers and semantic structure of Syvantech.com were built to respond to this shift. All pages include proper header hierarchy, alt text for images, and were optimised with Yoast SEO. Jetpack was configured for image compression and lazy loading to ensure fast load times.
Results
Within the first two weeks after launch, the platform generated 3 organic CVs from qualified candidates through the careers flow alone — with zero paid promotion. Organic traffic and average session time showed a clear upward trend compared to the previous website.
